I'm not loving a ton of the Spring/Summer 2011 stuff happening in New York right now (since I never really wear white, I'm pretty much SOL come spring apparently) but a few things have caught my eye:

Rediscovered this album and have been listening to this song over and over. The whole album is amazing, but this is maybe my favourite Black Keys song of all time.

Alright so, it's been a while. All that stuff I posted last time finally came in the mail/was held in my cold little hands. So bittersweet, though, since my purse broke within a week of getting it. I sent it back to the designer, but a month and a bit later have yet to see it :(

but have yet to see him in the mail either. WHYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY I just want rad things to belong to me.

Finally, I'm very VERY bummed because the car accident I was recently in just seems to be getting worse and worse. I'm feeling so nervous that my car is going to be a total write off. That little guy's been with me since day 1 that I learned to drive. I'm not ready to say goodbye!!! I should find out on Monday whether he is fixable or not. I also found out today that I have a mild concussion so after already missing basically a week of work because of this, I don't know when I'm going to be able to go back. I have been trying (in vain) to get into my family doctor for a once-over and an waiting to hear from them when they open on tuesday as to whether I can be squeezed in or not. Which means earliest I can probably get in to work is Wednesday. SUCH A BUMMMMMMMMMER.

You guys, seriously. Crashes are the worst. Stay outta them!

Luckily, all this time that I've spent sleeping/living with myself with not much that I can do has spawned a lot of new ideas for creative endeavours. We'll see how they pan out.
